These three come first and are read first. Do not wait for a form to fit.
Privacy
Your own data, a request for a copy of it, a correction, a deletion, or a photograph or entry that shows you or your property. Mark it urgent if it involves someone being identifiable.

The usual routes
Something on a listing is wrong or unsafe
Wrong location, a Big Thing that has been removed, unsafe parking, a private-property problem, or anything else that would send someone to the wrong place. This is the most useful thing you can send us.
Report a problem
A listing needs new or updated information
An update to opening hours or access, a detail we have recorded as unknown, or other new information about something already in our field guide. Suggestions are reviewed before they change a published fact.

We are missing a Big Thing you know about
Something that is not in our field guide yet. Tell us where it is and what you know, and it goes into our research list – it is not published automatically.

A Visitor Log entry, Wall Plate or contributor needs attention
Use the report control where you see it – on the entry, the Plate, or the Explorer Card. You can report a specific contribution, report a contributor for their behaviour, or block a contributor so their community content stops appearing in your own signed-in experience. Reports reach the moderation queue directly, which is faster than describing it to us in an email.

Photographs are reviewed before publication, and we only publish ones where the rights are clear.

Accounts and deletion
You can close your account yourself at any time from your account page, and you do not need to ask us or give a reason. If you do not have the app available, the public account-deletion page explains how to request deletion from the web. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is removed and the two things that deliberately remain.
