Vertiges is a 1996 sculpture by René Taillefer in aluminium and polyurethane, recorded by Université Laval's public-art collection at 8.50 x 5 m. It stands in the central section of the small atrium of the cafeteria of the Pavillon Alphonse-Desjardins on the Laval campus in Quebec City. Its lower level is made of irregular curves and its upper level of strict geometric forms, with a truncated cylinder at the top echoing a pillar of the nearby patio.
