The "Star of Texas" rocking chair, a 25-ft-10.5-in-tall, 12-ft-7.37-in-wide, 5,672-lb cedar rocking chair on US Highway 281 just outside Lipan, Texas, built by Texas Hill Country Furniture and Mercantile and Guinness-recognized in 2003. It held the unqualified "world's largest rocking chair" record until a larger non-cedar chair was later built elsewhere, after which the record was narrowed to "world's largest CEDAR rocking chair," a title it still holds.
