This Big Thing is recorded as still being here.
A 12-foot-tall fiberglass leaping largemouth bass named 'Manny,' unveiled in January 2018 in downtown Eufaula -- self-styled the 'Bass Fishing Capital of the World.' Named in honor of local fishing legend Tom Mann, whose lures and TV shows made Eufaula famous among bass anglers; the city deliberately sized Manny at 12 feet (smaller than an initial larger plan) so tourists could fit the whole fish in a phone photo.
