A 199-foot cross stands on the campus of Church at the Cross (formerly First Baptist Church of Central Florida) in Orlando, fabricated by Headrick's Cross Company. Its base is enhanced with four 40-foot sculptured relief panels depicting the Sermon on the Mount, the Crucifixion, the Empty Tomb and the Ascension, with painted accents by graphic artist David Shows; the church's own motto is 'where the cross is Central,' reflecting the structure's visibility across the surrounding area.
