A surviving fiberglass Doggie Diner head, believed to originally come from a Doggie Diner restaurant in Emeryville, on display outside the tasting room of Vino Noceto Winery in the Shenandoah Valley wine region near Plymouth, Amador County. Winery owners Suzy and Jim Gullett acquired the head in 1985 at a silent-auction fundraiser for their children's nursery school, winning it with an unopposed $300 bid, and it has remained a distinctive fixture of the winery ever since.
