The Evan Williams Bourbon Experience at 528 West Main Street on Louisville's Whiskey Row was opened in 2013 with a five-storey Evan Williams Bourbon bottle as its facade, according to Heaven Hill. Heaven Hill said the bottle becomes three-dimensional on the lower two floors and pours into a lobby glass of nearly 1,500 gallons.

FIELD GUIDE
The story
Few buildings advertise their business as literally as this one: a five-storey bottle of bourbon was designed to pour into a lobby glass on Louisville's Whiskey Row. The Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, at 528 West Main Street, is a distillery visitor attraction run by Heaven Hill Distilleries, makers of the Evan Williams brand.
Heaven Hill announced the plan in April 2012 and called the facade the signature feature of the building. According to the company, the pouring bottle is reproduced as window graphics on the top three floors and becomes three-dimensional on the two lower floors, where the bottle's neck and a glass in the lobby form a flowing "Bourbon fountain." By the time the attraction opened in November 2013, the company described the lowball glass as nearly 1,500 gallons. Louisville exhibit firm Solid Light lists planning, design, media, fabrication and installation among its work on the 12,000-square-foot experience, and its project page describes the five-storey bottle sculpture that greets visitors.
