'Big Bleu Birdnanna' is a 20-foot-tall kinetic powder-coated steel bird sculpture with a moving beak and eye piece, sited in the green space next to the Waters building on South Dargan Street in downtown Florence, South Carolina. Created by artists Patz and Mike Fowle as part of Florence's public art initiative beginning in 2012 (installed 2013), the piece was funded through Rediscover Downtown Florence membership dollars and Sunday alcohol sales permits, at a cost of just under $30,000.
