This Big Thing is recorded as still being here.
A roughly 15-foot hot dog in a bun, built from a retired canoe and corrugated pipe, marks Stuart's Smokehouse & Seafood on the Highland Trail beside the Greenbrier River near Alderson, West Virginia. Owner Stuart Brugh bought the riverside property to run a camp, sold 8,000 hot dogs in his first three months, and turned it into a restaurant.
