A statue of Stephen F. Austin, the "Father of Texas," in a 10-acre park just off Highway 288 west of Angleton, Texas, by sculptor David Adickes, erected 2006. Total height (statue plus base) is reported at 76 feet, with the statue itself reported elsewhere as roughly 60 feet on a 10-foot pedestal -- both figures are recorded rather than resolved to a single false-precision number.
