Spokes is a 36-foot-wide, 14-foot-tall steel arch built from more than 20 donated bicycles (including a high-wheel penny-farthing and a five-seater), marking the entrance to the Tennessee Central Heritage Rail Trail in Cookeville's West Side historic district. Installed in 2018, it was created by sculptor Brad Sells with collaborators Abraham Pardee, David Fricke, and Anthony Ford, in partnership with Art Round Tennessee, the City of Cookeville, and Stone Steel.
