A fiberglass Sinclair-style green brontosaurus statue that has stood guard outside the Shoe Biz store at 1553 Haight Street in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood since 1975. The dinosaur is a local neighborhood landmark that has occasionally been repainted or redecorated, and briefly made national news in early 2016 when it was stolen from its post during a store renovation and then anonymously returned, freshly repainted, weeks later.
