A 45-foot-tall sculpture by Alabama artist Dean Mosher, built in Gautier's town-center traffic circle and unveiled on the first day of spring 2013. A tower of oversized copper wildlife native to the area -- snapping turtles, herons, alligators -- surrounded by a fountain and topped with an illuminated plexiglass globe covered in more than 5,000 pieces of stained glass, funded by $6 million in post-Hurricane-Katrina federal rebuilding funds and reflecting the town's 'Nature's Playground' slogan.
