WHAT TO EXPECT
Located at the Casa Basso property on Montauk Highway (Route 27A) in Westhampton. The Town of Southampton was moving to buy the property with Community Preservation Fund money in December 2024; the restaurant building was proposed for demolition and the castle preserved.
ACCESS
Visible from the road at the driveway; the property was a private restaurant site and its future use is changing, so access should be checked.
