The story

The biggest dinosaur at Field Station: Dinosaurs is now a burned steel frame, and the park says it is beyond repair.
The park sits at 2999 North Rock Road in Derby, Kansas. It opened in May 2018 on 14 acres with 44 life-size animatronic dinosaurs, a lake and a quarry, at a cost of $6.5 million that the Associated Press said was met with private financing and sales-tax revenue bonds from the City of Derby. The park now advertises over 40 true-to-size dinosaurs, with a Field Note at each one written in partnership with the Elevation Science Institute.
