This Big Thing is recorded as still being here.
A 12-foot-tall, 1,200-pound fiberglass mouse -- depicted eating an 8-foot cheese wedge, with 3-foot metal-rod whiskers -- served as a promotional landmark for over 40 years at Atomic Pest Control in Memphis, Tennessee, operated by Les Tubbs. His nephew, Lee Tubbs, owner of Enviroguard Pest Solutions, relocated the statue to his business in Ringgold, Georgia, near I-75 exit 345, holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony (with a planned naming contest) to mark the mouse's new home.
