Chatty Belle is a cow statue, 16 feet tall and 20 feet long, beside the Wisconsin Pavilion at 1201 E Division St in Neillsville, Wisconsin. The pavilion is a 1964-65 New York World's Fair building that was re-erected in the town. According to a May 2026 Milwaukee Magazine feature, the radio station based in the pavilion added the cow in 1967, and for a quarter she plays a recorded message about the World's Fair and the dairy industry.
